I have worked with Kate twice. The first was a kitchen/great room renovation --New cabinets, counter top, paint appliances, table and chairs, and a couch. She suggested a vendor for the kitchen that was much better than the one we had found. She is respectful of budget and lifestyle. She has been wonderful at relocating items within our home (and attic). Her guidance on hardwood flooring and paint colors were key to making our home feel new again. She is great at suggesting places for you to shop or at meeting you there and narrowing the choices for you so you don't feel so overwhelmed. Her hourly rate is extremely reasonable for the professionalism and quality you receive.
