We recently worked with Kate Kimmich of Outside the Box Designs to stage our house for sale. She hit the ground running and never looked back! We were very pleased with her versatility and her attention to detail was spot on. Aside from having a good eye for color, when we were having our stairs rebuilt, Kate steered us away from a design choice that would not have worked well with the house. She even helped with swapping ceiling fans in the kitchen and backyard entry for sleek, contemporary lighting.
Kate realizes how hard it is to make changes to your home in order to have it appeal to more buyers and she also was very sensitive to our budget. Having someone stage your home is very important. The first week our house was on the market we had ten showings! We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to bring out the special qualities in their home.
